Oral Evidence Session

The Children, Schools and Families Committee will be taking formal oral evidence as follows:

Evidence from: Trevor Jones, National Co-ordinator, Parents Against Injustice; and a representative from the Association for Improvements in Maternity Services.

Followed by at approximately 4.30pm: David Holmes, British Association for Adoption and Fostering; Mick Lowe, Director of Strategy, General Social Care Council and another witness to be confirmed.

This is the eighth session of the inquiry. The purpose of this session is to explore issues relevant to the conduct of care and adoption proceedings.

These sessions will also be open to the public on a first come, first served basis. There is no system for the prior reservation of seats in Committee Rooms. It is advisable to allow about 20 minutes to pass through security checks. Committee rooms and timings are subject to change.
