Home Office Minister gives evidence on European Investigation Orders

Following the session with the Permanent Secretaries on the Quality of Explanatory Memoranda, the Secondary Legislation Scrutiny Committee will take oral evidence from Nick Hurd MP, Minister for Policing and the Fire Service on the Criminal Justice (European Investigation Order) Regulations 2017.
