The Committee on Olympic and Paralympic Legacy - Role

The first anniversary of the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games is fast approaching.

On 16 May 2013, the House of Lords appointed an ad hoc committee to look into the strategic aspects of the Games’ legacy, particularly in terms of regeneration and sporting legacy.

The committee began taking evidence in June and will finalise its report in November.
