Committee on the Mental Capacity Act 2005 - role

The Committee has been appointed to consider and report on the Mental Capacity Act 2005.

It has been given a reporting deadline of 28 February 2014. The Committee will be publishing a call for evidence in June and seeking oral and written submissions.
