Delegated Powers and Regulatory Reform Committee

The key role of the Committee is to examine Bills before the Lords and report on powers proposed to be delegated to Ministers.

The Committee also examines Legislative Reform Orders (LROs) laid under the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006.
