  • Accountability of civil servants  Inquiry announced 27 April 2012

    The Committee has launched an inquiry into the accountability of civil servants. The Committee will consider the constitutional position of the civil service following the introduction of the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010.

  • Judicial Appointments Process  Inquiry announced 13 May 2011

    The Committee has decided to launch an inquiry into the judicial appointments process for the courts and tribunals of England and Wales and Northern Ireland (including first instance courts) and for the UK Supreme Court.
