Select Committee on Adoption Legislation

This committee has been appointed to conduct post-legislative scrutiny of the legislation that sets out adoption law in England and Wales. The committee will consider the adoption process. Like other select committees it will call for evidence and hear from a range of experts and people with experience in this area. It will issue a report reviewing the relevant Acts and making recommendations for any necessary changes.
