The Work and Pensions Committee will take oral evidence from Rt Hon Chris Grayling MP, Minister for Employment,Department for Work and Pensions, in the final session for the inquiry into Migration from Incapacity Benefit to Employment and Support Allowance.

This is the final evidence session for this inquiry. It will provide an opportunity to discuss with the Minister the wide range of issues which have arisen during the inquiry relating to the Work Capability Assessment and the process for reassessing incapacity benefit claimants.
