MPs examine the legal consequences of a separate Scotland

On Monday 11 February, the UK Government published its document; Scotland analysis: Devolution and the implications of Scottish independence.

The document sets out the benefits of devolution and the legal consequences of establishing a separate Scotland.

The Scottish Affairs Committee will be taking evidence from the Secretary of State for Scotland, Rt Hon Michael Moore MP, the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Rt Hon David Mundell MP, and the Advocate General for Scotland, Rt Hon Lord Wallace of Tankerness QC, to discuss this document.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday 13 February at 2.00pm in Committee Room 8, Palace of Westminster.
