Draft Spaceflight Bill examined with officials

The Science and Technology Committee explores the demand for small satellites and sub-orbital flights with witnesses from industry, and officials from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and UK Space Agency, as well as specific clauses in the Bill covering liability, insurance, licencing and airspace.
