The Public Administration Select Committee (PASC) will hear from the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, Dame Julie Mellor. The session is PASC’s regular annual survey of the work and performance of her office. This will be Dame Julie’s first appearance before the Committee since her appointment as Ombudsman.
Particular issues to be explored may include:
- Ombudsman’s office's performance over the last year;
- Lessons learned from her casework; and
- The Ombudsman's vision for the next five years
