The Committee published the Government ‘s and the UK Statistics Authority's responses to its report "Public Trust in Government Statistics - A review of the operation of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007" on 15 May 2013 as the First Special Report of Session 2013-14.

The Report, "Public Trust in Government Statistics, A Review of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007" was published on 25 February 2013.
The Committee is undertaking a programme of work on statistics and their use in government by means of a series of ten studies. One of these studies comprises our post-legislative scrutiny of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007.
