Complaints: Do they make a difference?

PASC launched two inquiries on complaints on 26 March 2013.This inquiry, entitled Complaints: do they make a difference?, looked at whether current complaints systems deliver fairness, redress, and justice for people who complain, and how departments and agencies use complaints as a source of information and challenge, to improve the delivery of public services. It also looked at how ministers and officials handle complaints made by MPs on behalf of their constituents.
