The Political and Constitutional Reform Committee will hold the Second evidence session of its inquiry into Do we need a constitutional convention for the UK?

The purpose of the session is to explore the grounds and basis for a constitutional convention for the UK. The session will focus on the remit of a possible constitutional convention and how a convention could affect Wales.
