These formal minutes of the International Development Committee's meetings set out formal decisions such as:

the names of any witnesses who appeared before it.
The Minutes are normally published about a week after the meeting to which they relate. Decisions which the Committee wishes to make known more promptly will be announced in a Committee news item.
