Education Committee
This session will examine changes to school and non-school budgets and to local authority funding, the principle of greater service delivery through the voluntary and community sectors, and policy changes, including the introduction of a pupil premium and abolition of the education maintenance allowance.
A further oral evidence session with the Secretary of State for Education and the Permanent Secretary at the Department for Education will be announced in due course.
