The Committee published its report on the Pre-legislative scrutiny: Special Educational needs on 12 December 2012.
The Committee drew a range of conclusions and made recommendations which are now being considered by the Department for Education. A Departmental response to the Committee’s recommendations is expected. Details will be published on this webpage in due course.
