The deadline for written submissions was Friday 6 October. If you would like to send a submission please contact Committee staff. Or submit your views using the housing for older people web forum by Friday 1 December 2017.
The inquiry will examine whether the housing on offer for this group of people is sufficiently available and suitable for their needs and, in doing so, consider how older people wish to live. The Committee will take into account the context of significant housing shortages, rising numbers of older people and pressures on health and social care.
Evidence given by Alok Sharma MP, Minister for Housing and Planning,, and Marcus Jones MP, Minister for Local Government, Department for Communities and Local Government.
There are currently no public meetings scheduled.
