1: Directorships
- Chairman and Co-Director, Good Governance Foundation CIC; this is a community interest company (see category 4(a) below) which runs courses on the rule of law and good governance and seeks to promote these by working with governments and institutions in countries which are developing the infrastructures and processes of democracy (for example, Palestine, Syria and Myanmar); at present the post is unremunerated but payments to the Member are anticipated for the future; the work done personally by the Member includes courses and lectures given by him, payment for which is made to the Foundation and not directly to the Member

- The Member is one of two Directors of Good Governance Foundation CIC; this is a community interest company i.e. a type of limited company designed for those wishing to operate for the benefit of the community rather than for the benefit of the company owners
