The European Communities Bill was introduced into Parliament in 1972. This document shows the allocation of time given to the Bill in the House of Commons.
Once the Bill was approved by the House of Commons and House of Lords, it received Royal Assent and became an Act of Parliament, the European Communities Act, in October 1972.
