This item is from the Parliamentary Archives collection reference MOU - drawings collected from Sir Charles Barry's drawing office and assembled by Octavius Moulton-Barrett. Octavius Moulton-Barrett (1824-1910), was the youngest brother of Elizabeth Barrett-Browning (1806-1861). He worked in Charles Barry's office, probably in the 1840s, as a draughtsman.
